I was very surprised at this color. Very pretty melon color. I thought it would be lighter from the way it looked in the bottle. Love it! Painted opaque in 2 coats.
I just wore this on my vacation. I liked it much better by the end of the week when I had a slight tan, but it's a cute shade regardless. I just felt it was a little too pale almost skin tone shade on my normal light/medium skin tone. I own a ton of nail polish and I find myself reaching for olive and June more and more because I know I'm going a quality polish that goes the distance.
I would never have purchased this color myself, it came in a pack when my husband gifted me the spring 2020 set. I saw it and thought oh well, there's always one in a set that will never get used. I tried it on just for the heck of it and now I'm obsessed! It pops just right but is sophisticated at the same time, and compliments my skin perfectly! I love it and so glad I happened to get it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My nails grow but are weak, split easily sometimes all the way to the nail quick. I have been using the Olive & June Nail Strengthener nightly as it dries fast. I have noticed my nails are stronger and no splitting. Also nail ridges have diminished as well Yeah!!!!
I wasn't sure about this color before ordering because sometimes light colors don't look great with my skin tone, but this one is a winner! It's a beautiful peachy, sunset color that can be subtle, pastel, or a bit more bold depending on if it's worn alone or in a multi-color design. Would definitely recommend!
I wanted to love this. The color was good but the polish was thick and difficult to apply.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Hot Strawberry and Wild and Free colors. I applied several coats of polish and allowed each one to fully dry in between. The color faded by the end of the day. The next day I added an additional coat, which also faded by the end of the day. After 2 days the colors were so light, they looked nothing like the original polish. I tried the Hot Strawberry on two different occasions and the Wild and Free once. I am very disappointed.
I have used this a couple times now. This polish takes 3 coats and is still a little streaky. And it chips easily compared to every other OJ polish I have. It is also more pink than peach. I was hoping for a more orange tinge.
Love the bright coral in the bottle. With nail prep and three thin coats, still came out streaky and dries a weird matte instead of shiny. Not sure if I'll be giving this one another try.
I was really hoping for a bright neon coral, but this wasn't it. It also didn't come out opaque, and even after three coats, it wasn't the solid color I thought it would be. I think this would look really beautiful on darker skin tones, but it was too similar to my pale pink skin to look the way I hoped it would.
