I ordered two mattresses for my kids new bed frames. I was kind of skeptical at first because of the price but I read the reviews and with faith I ordered the two mattresses. Once they arrived in boxes I was already thinking not good but once I unboxed it and let it take its form and my kids were already bouncing on the mattresses. They loved it! The last mattresses were flat and not enough cushion. They hated those mattresses but THESE are very bouncy as my son says but it comfortable and they enjoy their sleep get to sleep quicker. I love it!!

The edges are very soft and make you feel like you gonna falloff. Firmness doesn't hit till you get to the middle of the bed. Don't like, won't buy another, getting rid of this one asap.

It's supposed to be 12” and if I'm lucky it's only 6” Very disappointed, if it wasn't such a headache to return, I would be returning it

truly terrible experience with this product. arrived to me defective and would not return to normal size after taking out of shrink wrap. tried to return and spoke with 11 different walmart customers service reps and also tried to solve the problem in person at a local walmart. no resolution and no help whatsoever. customer service reps telling me 11 different things with no follow through. taught me to never buy furniture ever again through walmart.com

This is NOT a med-firm mattress as advertised. It is a plush mattress. And since I opened it, I do not have the equipment to roll it back up to return it

the mattress did not fully inflate and was unreturnable to the store with out a box (cant fit it in the one it came in) and is from a thrid party seller.

I am still waiting for the company to process the return. Spoke with Walmart who said that I would get an email and refund, nothing yet. This mattress is horrible. It also is not 12in and we will not use it.
