My 14 year old son has taken these for over 2 years. He’s never groggy the next morning, nor do they cause him to oversleep. I take two occasionally but tend to get a headache anytime I take melatonin. I absolutely recommend this brand and all of their products!

These are excellent I’ve been using the 5 mg Gummies for about a year now ( I used to buy the 3 mg gummy’s) They taste really good, but this shipments was pretty expensive

These taste great to me and working good! Haven’t woke up at 3am any more since using these!! Everyone is different but they work better than the regular Ollie sleep gummies for me . When you are older and taking beta blockers you need a little help to get to sleep. Way better than drugs in my opinion.

Use some of these every night they seem to help. A little pricey for these but they are very popular.
