I take these every work day.. they take the edge off of any stressful moments.. and I've tested it to see if it was really working by taking a break.. but soon realized this is the real deal and I need it as it helps me so very much!! Thank you for creating this product!!

I was surprised with these. I have trouble getting to sleep at night and normally spend 1-3 hours just tossing and turning because my mind won't shut up. So, I thought I'd give these a try along with my other nighttime meds. I took them 30 minutes before bedtime and was out like a light within 15 minutes of my head hitting the pillow. They also helped my racing thoughts during the day (made me a little drowsy though). Will definitely be purchasing again.

I used to take daily. But now I take more as needed. Work amazing with me. I have seizures and this doesn't affect me or my meds use. I use gummy's at home pills in purse. But only once a day !

I struggle with generalized anxiety and lately it has been rough. Specifically I have been waking up abruptly out of sleep in the morning with this intense feel of dread and then anxiety going into the day. I do take a daily anti anxiety med but it wasn't cutting it. I started to take these at night before I go to bed.. GONE. It took me a few days to realize because I didn't start them specifically for that issue. I had taken L theanine nightly in the past and hadn't noticed much of a difference. The GABA and L theanine are truly a perfect match.

These gummies actually help take the edge off without making me drowsy. With GABA, L-Theanine, and Lemon Balm, they're my go-to when the day gets overwhelming but I still need to stay focused. The berry flavor is good and not too sugary, and two gummies usually calm the nerves within about 30 minutes. I didn’t really expect much from these but they have dramatically improved my quality of life. I have two little ones that are very stressful and I notice a difference in my stress and anxiety when I don’t take them. When I take them I feel so much calmer. Plus they taste great! Highly recommend!!

My teen daughter uses these for anxiety and they actually help. They are natural as well as they dont taste like candy gummies so there is no chance of taking more than you need because they dont have the candy factor! I have purchased them a couple times now and am glad order them for home delivery. Teens have stress, especially now in covid but still have AP classes and college demands so yeah, a tiny purchase for a big result

I like the taste and ease of use of these gummies. However, I do not really see a huge difference in my mood after taking these. They do help a little, and everyone is different!

It takes a little bit of edge off but the problem is there's not very many gummies it doesn't last very long and it's expensive so I probably won't be by you again because it had a minimal lower you edge affect

Received in delivery order the expiration date on them from this store is 13AUG2026, kept eating them thinking these things are doing nothing. Didn't care for them at all but now knowing they have been sitting on a shelf for a year I'm not surprised they don't taste good. Thumbs down Walmart.
