I was surprised with these. I have trouble getting to sleep at night and normally spend 1-3 hours just tossing and turning because my mind won't shut up. So, I thought I'd give these a try along with my other nighttime meds. I took them 30 minutes before bedtime and was out like a light within 15 minutes of my head hitting the pillow. They also helped my racing thoughts during the day (made me a little drowsy though). Will definitely be purchasing again.

I used to take daily. But now I take more as needed. Work amazing with me. I have seizures and this doesn’t affect me or my meds use. I use gummy’s at home pills in purse. But only once a day !

i cut these in half and have one when I need a small pick me up out of the doldrums . A whole 1 makes me a little tired. I'm about 160 lbs just for your dosing determination. i recommend these to a lot of people who are a little down.

This actually aids with easing me, I feel less stressed when I take these. It's almost as if it has a calming effect without making you sluggish or giving you any other effects.

These work for severe anxiety %26 panic attacks. I have been on olly stress for a week %26 I have had no more panic attacks. I take one when I get up %26 1 more in the evening. My anxiety is almost completely gone. I take perscriptions Busparone 10mg 3 times a day started on 5mg 3 times a day %26 for some reason started having panic attacks again. I have not had a panic attack since I started these a week ago. It stops the anxiety the racing thoughts %26 everything from day 1 of use. I highly recommend these. I'm going to try other Olly items. These are amazing. I have never been stress free before. It really works. You don't need 2 at once. Take one when you get up %26 one 5 to 6 hours later. Works far beyond my expectations.

I like the taste and ease of use of these gummies. However, I do not really see a huge difference in my mood after taking these. They do help a little, and everyone is different!

I Love that i found these by accident and felt they worked. They hit me differently sometimes though. When i first started taking them in the eves they helped me sleep. Then when i felt they werent doing it for sleep i got the Specific ones for "Sleep" which work GREAT! Then i took these in the morning and i felt a bit energized and like i could REALLY focus better! I had the sleeve so my stomach was hurting so i stopped for a few days but just tried again this morning (20 min ago and waiting so far ok) because I'm groggy (I have Fibromyalgia too) and need to avoid coffee if possible as caffeine causes inflammation/pain for all! I JUST learned there are others specifically for focus and another for energy i might try them too since I'm pretty impressed w/ this company! Good luck to us all during these hard times :) PS-Be careful taking the "Focus" ones if u have Anxiety because Ginseng can make it worse!

I bought this for my wife. She really didn't like the flavor, and had a hard time chewing the gummies. But these helped her feel less stressed/anxious.
