These work so well. When I take them about 45 mins later I hit the pillow and fall right to sleep in minutes it feels. Also it has drastically increased my deep sleep (about 45 mins a night to about an hour and a half)

I've tried a lot of products with melatonin and this one delivers results. Many melatonin products have stopped working for me. This product significantly contributes to a restful nights sleep without feeling groggy. I like the added benefit of the tart cherry and feel it helps with sore muscles.

I got these for my husband. He's recently gotten back into gym routine and has been pretty sore. He's also third shift worker & struggles with his sleep. He's felt a big difference with taking these. They do help his aching muscles & he can usually fall asleep within 30mon after taking them.

I have medical issues that most Dr's can't deal with...mostly a sleep and muscle spasm disorder. A friend told me about this product and I'm so happy she did..although it's just a gummy this gummy has made a huge difference when I sleep. I highly suggest you try it.

These are so mild but effective, I don't feel groggy in the morning. I feel like they do help with muscle recovery, I've upped my workouts this month and while it doesn't shorten my muscle recovery I do feel like it takes the edge off

Works great! After standing all day at work my legs are sore & its hard to fall asleep. This product not only helps me fall asleep but also in the morning my legs are no longer sore. I highly recommend these gummies. I plan to buy them again.

I do feel that my sleep is of better quality when I've taken these 30 minutes before bed (after getting a workout in) These taste the best of all the gummies I've tried from OLLY. It is hard to eat just two! The theory that they make a difference in post-workout muscle soreness is something I'm still unsure of at this time, but I will continue use and assess whether I'll repurchase at a later time.

Didn't really do it for me? I use wearable devices to track my sleep and was hoping to see an improvement over the weeks, but had no change in metrics.
