I believe these helped my digestive system I had low iron and after taking these for a month I got a blood report that my iron was above normal. you cannot take anti-prescription anti-acids for a long period of time if so it it alters your stomach's acid to the point that you cannot absorb nutrition and that's how I became little iron.

It didn't work out for me. I didn't have any side effects. It started acting in 30 minutes. The product value is reasonable but I genuinely wont buy it again bcs it didnt work the best for me.
