I believe these helped my digestive system I had low iron and after taking these for a month I got a blood report that my iron was above normal. you cannot take anti-prescription anti-acids for a long period of time if so it it alters your stomach's acid to the point that you cannot absorb nutrition and that's how I became little iron.

I'm getting good results from this probiotic. I've tried many others and so far this has been the best.

The container it came in wasn't like a regular pill bottle. Easy twist cap. I genuinely didn't notice any difference in anything after an entire month of taking this product.
