Melatonin is not only useful in case of jet lag, it is also useful when you have difficulty falling asleep, especially with age, the production of this natural hormone decreases significantly, therefore it is useful to supplement it. Personally I find it really effective at this dosage.

I always break in a half before bed. I fall asleep fast than usual.I used many brands of melatonin but I feel this brand is the best.I will repurchase again.

We like it except it has maltodextrin and soy. It does work well and is a yummy strawberry flavor. Would prefer if they could make a cleaner version. Please click the Thumbs Up button! Much appreciated :)

Favorite dietary supplement for sleep, beauty and youth! This is the second type of melatonin that I purchased. The first was in the usual form (tablets that need to be washed down with water). I really liked the regular one.

The tablets dissolve easily, and the dosage is effective with the benefit of getting to sleep faster! I have been using these for a long time and never like to be without them. I feel like this is a very good quality product.

Cannot say anything special. Regular melatonin as many other melatonins. Taste is pleasant, fast dissolve. Dozage 5mg is the one that I was looking for.

Okay taste, works well but bit of a headache in the morning (maybe from so much sweetener) , melatonin quality felt okay - not the best

I usually buy Natrol products, but I bought this one to try it out. Unfortunately it didn't work for me, and as I drink it in bed, the screw lid is difficult to use and the Natrol one-touch lid is easier to use. I don't think I will buy this again.

The taste Is not good, they say they should be strawberry flavoured but they taste like marzipan. A whole bottle wasted unfortunately as no one likes them.
