Great Stain and Sealer
Olympic Elite stain and sealer was a very good product. It went on well and completely sealed the deck and the color was exactly as it looked in the ad. I also liked that it was water based and had low VOC and water clean up. I would highly recommend this product.

Good so far
It has a nice bright finish to it. It looks like it has covered well. It seems like it did not cover as well as what we used in the past, but that could be because it is better quality too. He are ordering another gallon so we think it is good.

I bought this stain to re-coat my backyard fence. It is a perfect red/brown shade that covered faded areas perfectly. Just one coat needed. I highly recommend.

It's a good product--but if you are looking for a goof-proof stain, this isn't it. Fortunately, I don't care if there are some goofs. They add character :-).

Crappy product
Peeled off during the first year. They refunded my material cost but not the labor. Now I'm stuck with peeling stain and no way to remove it.. Don't waste your money!
