OM Mushroom Superfood Mushroom Gummies, Relax-56 ct

I have been taking the Relax Mushroom Gummies for about 2 months now (2 gummies in the evening), and I can see significant difference in not only my quality of sleep but a change in my overall well being throughout the day. This wasn't a dramatic instant result, I wasn't ready to fall asleep immediately after taking it. Over the course of a month, I just noticed I was doing better.

This is my third mushroom hot chocolate I've tried, and it's by far the best tasting! It also does a great job of helping me relax to go to sleep. I love it!

Was super excited for this new offering, have been looking for an adaptogen for relaxation sans melaton in gummy form. Unfortunately I think the recipe can use a bit of work though.
