It's only three pieces. It's the box the cat litter part with the gear and a lid. It's very simple very easy to clean. The app doesn't do a lot, but it does tell you when they go and what the weight is and if something‘s wrong with it and you can also start it from anywhere in your house. A small learning curve at the beginning, but once you figure it all out and how simple it is… You will enjoy it. I left my cats old box out for three days and it got too dirty for him so he started using the new one and it has not been a problem since.

It has it plus and minuses plus it keeps the odors down and it cleans itself.which amuse the cats as they stare at it in wonder.but the minus the deodorizer they sent doesn't fit quite right in it's spot and when I look at the directions it doesn't look the same .and the bottom doesn't fit all that well. I managed to get it in place.

This would be my third auto cat box within a month and a half. I was starting to think the only way to get a good one that actually worked is paying over $500. That’s ridiculous!! This box works flawlessly and for a great price!!

I only used this for 2 weeks for a couple reasons. The biggest issue was that it is too small for my cat, he is huge. His waste was too much even though i tried different types of litter. It didn't always cycle after he used it and I didn't look into it because of buyers remorse due to my mistake of purchasing a machine that's too small. I'm willing to bet it would work fine for normal size cats.

Impossible to get this cat bot to work. Will not clean. The App is ridiculous because it belongs to other sellers of cat bots as well. So you have different companies using the same App??? Yes, they do. Constant blinking wifi. That's not the issue. Something about purification liquid which is not enclosed at all but I'm thinking it wants to clean and deodorize but they did not include this? If this is the error, I'm gonna be super mad. Replace purification liquid. What in the heck is it and why is it not included or any where to tell you where to buy it or what is it exactly?????? NO WHERE DOES IT STATE What and where this is. Seriously, I know I'm not the only one who sheds disappointment with this company.

This box has been a headache since I bought it. I tried with pellets first since the picture shows mixed and that did not work. Switched to clay and the wet clumps still get stuck to the bottom so I have been using the baking soda mix first. The machine only works when it wants to. I think it stopped working now. The light is stuck on yellow and won't complete a cycle. So irritated. The instructions are not great either. I cleaned off all the sensors and readjusted the lid and amount of litter in the bin. A lot of work, buy one with better reviews.

It does not empty into bin without me manually pushing the empty button. It gets stuck closed and I have to unplug it to get it to restart. I would have returned it but we were away on a trip and now I have had it for over 2 months 😝

Litter sticks to the bottom of the box and does not dump no matter the type of litter nor the time adjustment after the cat is in the box defecating. Box does not dump each time. I worked with customer service and they did not have a solution, but said they would support the return through Walmart.

Doesn't work. Used clumping litter. It doesn't clean itself automatically after the cat. Even when I press the button manually, and force the clean, after it's done, theres still wet litter in the box. Oh, and it never came with the deodorant box. Reached out to company and they wanted me to chose which box would fit the model they sent me, however neither of the options were the rught size. So I have a giant , massively heavy dome of stinking wet cat litter that i cant lift up to clean. DO NOT BUY

I would not recommend this self cleaning litter box. I guess you get what you pay for. From the first time I used until I took it outside I was disappointed. The smell of cat urine is still ingrained into my nose. It finally quit working and my cats started pooping outside the box. I am going to send it back but omg it will stink everybody out, even after I cleaned it. I was so excited about this because my kids don't like cleaning the litter boxes. Guess it's back to the basics for them.
