Recommended by a doctor for dry skin for an elder who has a hard time swallowing capsules and tablets, especially bigger ones. These gummies are easy to chew and swallow with no fishy taste.

My dog needed fish oil for his leg and this was a product he would not spit out. It is an Orange flavored gummy style eatable and he eats it like a treat.
These don't taste awful, and yet they are not so yummy that I start eating them like candy. That is for the best. Fish oil capsules are usually huge and difficult to swallow. Then they upset my stomach with their oily contents. These gummies taste OK, and do the same work. So I give them an A .

Taste really good and I feel they worked well for me and my body. I highly recommend this product. As I get older, I feel the need for more Omega 3. I honestly cannot speak to any one thing, but my joint and overall health has improved.
thought I might be able to get my oil based vitamins to absorb better this way. yikes, took suggested two gummies and everything in my soul was flushed out so fast it was crazy. I am going to try micro dosing to see if that helps, but oil based vitamins are definitely not an easy thing to figure out from one bariatric patient to another.
This vitamin is awful, it tasted just like fish. Even taught the it says it has a flavor that flavor is not strong enough to overtake the fish oil. I would not recommend it to someone with a sensitive stomach like me. The vitamin made ill after taking it and the taste of the fish oil stayed with me for a while.
