They're huge capsules, yes, but if you swallow them one at a time you won't have any choking fears. I take mine together. Hey, you put more food in your mouth than that, and you don't choke on it, do you?? Well there you go!!! I was asked by someone about aftertaste. There isn't any. And for the price you pay, and the amount you get for that price?? Can't beat it!! WAY cheaper than even Walmart, and especially Walgreen's (thieves!!).

I bought these about 2 weeks back and have been taking them everyday and have had no after taste or burp up of anything, not even lemon flavor. So these are great! Most of them make me nauseous, but these do not. I love these and will continue using them.

Recently, my Nurse Practitioner suggested trying Fish Oil to help with controlling my cholesterol levels, after test show they're a bit higher than they should be. Since I've had good luck with Piping Rock's products, I went right to the site and ordered some Lemon Flavor, 1200 mg Omega-3 Fish Oil. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and have had good results with the no burp formula.

We have been taking this for a month or so and the only issue to date was one inadvertently melted on my plate. This is not recommended as the "fishy" taste is overwhelming. However this was not a fault of the product and no after taste has been realized with proper use.

I like that the label specifies exactly what is available in the product. I had been taking enteric coated fish oil so that I wouldn't have the burps that taste like fish oil and thought maybe the lemon would help with these as did the enteric-coated. However, no the fish oil taste burps prominently with these, so in order to use them up, being that I bought a huge bottle, I take one enteric-coated and one of the lemon flavored, which really is not lemon flavored at all. I'm fairly sure that it's a good product otherwise, and does what omega-3 is supposed to for health.
