Omega-3 Vitamin Patch by PatchAid

Because I eat during a fasting window, I find it hard to take all of my supplements in the time I have during shorter fasts. Using vitamin patches have been an amazing alternative because I don't have to worry about cramming everything into an eating window. I can't say enough about PatchAid as a brand. I absolutely love them. If I was going to nitpick, I'd say I wish there was more consistency when it comes to the adhesive. Sometimes they aren't sticky enough and sometimes it's like peeling off a layer of skin. Despite that, the benefits outweigh the costs, so I'll be a customer for life.

I've been using these patches for a week now and am unsure if I am benefiting from them. I wish they were available with twice the strength, because my doctor wants me to take st least 4,000 mg per day. To purchase twice as many patches is not within my budget; so, I will continue with these until I can find another alternative.

I love these! Since surgery I’ve not been able to swallow massive vitamins and my omega 3 vitamins were huge! I love that I can put these patches on once a day in the morning when I take my other supplements. Also my bloodwork came back great so far (I’m almost 5 months post surgery as I write this) so the absorption works! I just ordered a 3 month supply!!

...and I love them! The material is thin and almost gauze-like so they are barely noticeable. I will be getting labs done this summer, so I will be able to comment on how effective they are. So far, the melatonin patch has worked wonders for my sleep--I fall asleep quicker, and sleep much more deeply! I will definitely purchase these again because they are so easy to use!

I just purchased a couple weeks ago hoping and praying they work for me as i just had gastric sleeve done in April and i couldnt take pills anymore! I have blood work next month so keeping fingers crossed, because i love the simplicity of the patches

I've tried the Multi Vitamin and Omega 3 patches and definitely noticed that I felt energized and alert. Love the convenience of the patch so much, that I've signed up for monthly shipments. On a mission to be healthy inside and out, "so far so good", thank God.

So glad there are vitamin patches. Very useful for people who can't take the pills. Easy to use and Dr. says they are very effective. Negative is that I purchased two kinds of vitamin patches and the individual patches look the same so they are easy to mix up. I wish the paper that the patch was fastened on it was marked with what kind of vitamin it is. Very easy to get mixed up.

I'm not sure how well this is being absorbed. I don't feel any different, but that doesn't mean it isn't working, I suppose. The patches are easy to apply, and the generally last at least 8 hours without falling off, just depends what part of your body you stick them to. I've found the shoulder stays best.
