Mussels for your joints!
MUSSELS FOR YOUR JOINTS! I find this supplement, that when taken daily, has been shown to promote joint health and improved mobility. It is the ultimate joint health and mobility support supplement. Definitely works! A little pricey for us seniors on a fixed budget, but we weigh the cost/benefits.

It works
I feel that it helps my joints. You have to use it for a couple of weeks before you can tell a difference. It works much better for my knees than my shoulder. I don't know the difference I have family members that take it also.
