Packaging issues
The ordering process was very good. Amber was great. Not sure why I had to buy two rails when I only needed one, since they came in separate boxes. Packaging was poor. One piece of tape across the ends of the box. One of the two boxes were open. The end of that rail where it mounted to the truck was bent some. I straightened it. I can't believe it didn't come with the screws needed to mount it.

Replacement Rails
Fit was as expected. Very disappointed that these have to be purchased in a set as I only needed one side. Especially at near $400 for the set.

Wrong Size
The rails are a foot short and don't meet any the specifications on the instruction manual. Having difficult time with Customer service for over a month now.

Dont buy these for on older bakflip
No where on the website does it say they changed styles $300+ for parts that don't work and no available parts that will.
