Great product but had to modify
I bought a used tonneau cover and needed clips to attach to a different model truck than what it was coming off of. This product helped me to modify the pieces that I had to fit the new truck bed.

Parts missing
I needed to replace the hardware on my tonneau cover. Could not find all the parts here in Canada. Was so happy to find a compete hardware replacement kit. Unfortunately after finding a shipping broker and someone who could cross the border to pick it up for me, I get it home only to find out pieces that are in the diagram aren't part of the kit.

Replacement Hardware kit
This was a replacement order due to RealTruck furnishing the wrong kit for my cover the first time. I have given them the model number on two occasions and they continue to send me the hardware kit for the old style MX4 cover. Very frustrating!!!! Their sales team are not up to speed on the Bakflip product. Giving 1 star because it is the lowest option. Should be -1 star ⭐️

Received wrong kit
They don't sell a replacement kit for the new mx4 apparently. Their agent sent me this kit, and the clamps aren't compatible with the the rails and they are also chrome not black like what came with my cover.
