I ordered this for one of my grandsons who's expressed an interest in camping, and trust me it does not disappoint. I was really impressed that it's a complete sleeping system whether it be for mild weather or for very cold weather and he is very happy with it. I'm sure that he will get several years of good use out of it.

The title best describes this. It's a sleeping bag inside a sleeping bag inside a sleeping bag. I don't know if it's good for -30F, but if you are cold-natured and enjoy tent camping in the cold weather, you need this. You probably won't even need a tent with this.

This Omni Core Brand sleeping bag is a fantastic lightweight sleeping bag,I don't even need/use the hood as it is a very warm, nice green color, large so it is plenty big for any adult under 6'2",Has a YKK zipper for easy trouble free use, I highly recommend this Omni Core sleeping bag

This sleeping bag is impressive. It's is surprisingly light and you have options on what to take with you. Haven't been able to try outside yet as there is a lot of snow on the ground. This will be a permanent fixture in the travel trailer come camping time.

This sleeping bag has so many layers to it. It's fantastic. I used it when it was really cold outside, about 20°F, and it held up very well. There's a pad included that made it very comfortable and sleeping directly on the ground. It is way too heavy to use backpacking but it's perfect if you hike in and out of a campsite.

This is a great multi season bag that can be used in many areas that have a wide temperature range. This bag comes in my favorite color OD green except for a few of the pieces that are different colors to indicate temperature use. You get a waterproof/vapor cover, two different weight bags that can be mixed for the different weather. A couple of carry and storage bags. Mine arrived and in the compressed form the bag was a little over 18 inches in length and had some nice adjustment buckles on the bag to attaché to a frame or use as a carry handle and the zip cord and lock works great. The zippers are YKK zippers and functioned flawless after a few uses to break them in. I do recommend that you open all three layers of the bag and let them air out for a few days to remove the new manufacture smell of the material. Not a strong odor just did not want to sleep in it. My wife loves the bag, she found it very comfortable and light enough to carry without any issues. And adding the layers together or separating them is a breeze. At six foot and two hundred pounds, I had no issues with the comfort or staying warm in the bag.

Our son is a Captain in one of the military branches. He had to do his OCS in January and February and it snowed several times. If anyone is in the military they know OCS and s no joke. He was sleeping outside in their sleep systems with three inches of snow on the ground. When he came home he immediately went out and bought me and his dad a sleep system each for us because it could actually save your life one day if you had to sleep out side or camping or a disaster. Any reason. I got this one and he tried it out to see how much of a difference it was. He likes this one better. This sleep system got signed off by one of the most brutal critic is could have. He wants us all to get this sleep system as opposed to the actually military's ones he purchased. These are ridiculously cheaper and better and I never thought I'd say that but please listen to me. This is the layered sleep system you want. For the price I give it 10 out of 10 stars. For the quality I give it 10 out of 10 stars. For comfort I give it 10 out of 10 stars. This will be the last sleeping system you ever have to buy.

This is a great sleeping bag system inside and out. Start with the stuff sack. It has two parts and even better it has straps to condense it even more. I always had trouble getting my old bag into its stuff sack. This sack lets you stuff the bag and then righted the side straps to make it even more condensed for packing. On to the bag. First it has extra fabric tunnels on the back to hold your sleeping pad so you don't fall off it during the night. It has loops on the tow area to hang up the bag for airing or to dry out if damp. The mummy bag has a drawstring around the head to cozy it up. Zippers are good quality and zip securely. The bag has baffles that have offset stitching so there is no stitched path from the outside in where cold air could flow. There is a separate liner that could be used with the bag for extra cold weather, or each bag could be used alone to give you three options of warmth for your comfort. The fabric is typical sleeping bag as expected. I haven't camped out with this yet, but it was very warm and comfy indoors! It is a huge upgrade from my old sleeping bag and I look forward to using it next spring (it would be perfect for winter camping but I may pass on that this year.

So the stats for this “sleeping bag” are insane: negative 30 degrees Fahrenheit! I did not think all of that was necessary, but I am not a “sleep outside” kind of gal. Hubs insisted that I did, in fact, need every single “extra special” amenity this mummy bag offers based off of my memory foam, thick bed with heated mattress pad and heated blanket. Ok, he did have a point. I really liked that it was customizable depending on the weather conditions. I was unsure if it would be easier to add layer or take them away in the middle of the night if I needed to adjust- so I chose to try all the layers to start. I was too hot- this sleeping bag is no joke. It reminds me of a tent in the summertime- too hot during the day with the rainproof cover on top. I was very warm and cozy thanks to the duck down fill. The materials are high quality. I thought the system in the bag was heavy- but I am comparing that to my kiddo’s indoor character sleeping bag- hubs insists it is light for what you get. The only complaint I had was that I was unable to get it back in the compression bags just right (but hubs was able to so that is his job forever now). I do recommend this sleeping bag system!
