The intensity goes to 15, to make sure your pain is taken care of. The timer automatically turns off when 15 minutes has passed. You can see the countdown on the screen. The pads stay on well. I love the long-life pads. Comes in a pouch big enough for the set. My body parts are rejoicing! Say "whoo hoo!"

I bought this for my wife. She has major neck pain and it really helps. It is convenient to use and she has worn it out from the house to eat, shop, and to church. It was very reasonabally priced and Walmart shipped quickly. Couldn't be happier.

Delivery came in on time. Helps with pain and muscle tightness. cheaper than going to a physical therapist for every ache or pain. easy to use. target your problem spot has a timer and uses batteries. Helps relax those muscles for sure. Only thing I wish they would give you an extra set of patches in the kit for other members of family to use the same controller but use their own patches. I had to order extra patches off Amazon. this works and helps healing. will buy another.

My wife and I are very happy with this unit, it's easy to use and the quick instructions are very well laid out (easy to use) We both have sciatic nerve pain which means we use it on our back, knee and leg affected with the nerve pain. For us it does help with the pain which is nice to get some relief. The one thing I wish it came with was a couple extra pads because we use it a lot, that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. This is a very good tens unit, if you're looking for a good unit you won't be disappointed with this one.

I AM FURIOUS!!!!! This Omron device is a complete disgrace. I paid money expecting a functional pain-relief product and what did I get? A DEFECTIVE PIECE OF GARBAGE missing one of the essential pads. The unit can't work without one pad missing. The moment you turn on it just flashes PAD and shuts itself off. COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. DO NOT BUY!!!! IT"S A THEFT!!!
