Best TENS unit out there!
The best TENS unit around! You can select the area of your body you want to cover [arm, leg]. You can pick the type of current rhythm [tap, knead, rub]. The intensity goes to 15, to make sure your pain is taken care of. The timer automatically turns off when 15 minutes has passed. You can see the countdown on the screen. The pads stay on well. I love the long-life pads. Comes in a pouch big enough for the set. My body parts are rejoicing! Say "whoo hoo!"

Excellent Tens unit.
My wife and I are very happy with this unit, it's easy to use and the quick instructions are very well laid out (easy to use) We both have sciatic nerve pain which means we use it on our back, knee and leg affected with the nerve pain. For us it does help with the pain which is nice to get some relief. The one thing I wish it came with was a couple extra pads because we use it a lot, that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. This is a very good tens unit, if you're looking for a good unit you won't be disappointed with this one.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING QUALITY- MISSING PARTS
I AM FURIOUS!!!!! This Omron device is a complete disgrace. I paid money expecting a functional pain-relief product and what did I get? A DEFECTIVE PIECE OF GARBAGE missing one of the essential pads. The unit can't work without one pad missing. The moment you turn on it just flashes PAD and shuts itself off. COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. DO NOT BUY!!!! IT"S A THEFT!!!
