This was a challenge to put together, but once it happened, it has been a beautiful addition to the living room. I get compliments on it all the time it looks like a plant and the kitten loves it.
It's easy to put together just follow the directions closely. My cats were on it as soon as it came out of the box before i could even get it together! I have real plants all over my house. This sits upstairs at the edge of a loft, over-looking the downstairs. From down stairs it looks like a big new floor plant I just got. Eveyone's HAPPY!
Is very easy to assemble, almost too easy. I created an unnecessary problem with it and reached out to customer service for assistance. They were outstanding in their responsiveness and were able to help me successfully assemble item. Kitties love it.
So easy to assemble, my cat loves hiding behind the leaves, plays hide n seek, at times I cant see her, she loves jumping on platforms and soft scratching posts, it also looks good in the corner of the room, worth the expense for mommas spoiled baby cat, Bella!
As anyone with cats knows, these purchases are a gamble with our fickle, feline friends. I'm happy to report that one of my cats loves it and it has become her lair. She loves peering out of the leaves and looking down on the rest of us. It's sturdy enough for my chonk and looks nicer than some traditional cat trees.
I had this cat tree in my cart for a few weeks. I just couldn't decide if it was worth it to risk a $150 flop. Anyone who has pets has the dead toy pile, lol. Anyway I just decided to go for it, and I couldn't be happier. Bealle is nearly 5 months now and she's had this tree a week or so and she practically lives in it. I would recommend this tree to anyone with a rambunctious kitten to entertain. As a bonus, it is made very well, the wood is nice and solid, it goes together easy, and it is a hit with the felines. I would add that the top tier is a little tricky to screw on. We resolved that by not screwing the middle rod down completely so we could see the hole on the top tier and have the needed leeway to secure it then we finished up by tightening everything down and off- setting the steps so kitten could get into her tree easier. I am planning to buy one for my sons cat too. Every indoor cat needs this leafy cat tree in their life, IMO.
would buy again probably will get a second. the leaves won't stay in. i will be doing what another reviewer said and hot glue them in. thats kind of disappointing because i planned on changing them with the seasons. at the moment i have 7 cats, fur babies sitting, fostering. so that said as i was putting it together (super easy if you look at the directions BTW) The 3 kitten's i have were attacking it they absolutely love it. my older cats were interested also. Great idea i wish it can taller.
We just received it and put it together and two of them were already in the tree and have been playing now for 30 mins the only thing I can say is we have lost some leaves and a branch has fallen off but my big 15 pound can had so much fun it fell off with his crazy play. Now he is passed out on the top level and one of my others is asleep on the lowest level
I had no issues with the instructions and the putting together of the tree. Admittedly though, I was hesitant about both from reading the reviews. The tree went together with no problems. It took about three days for my cat to pay it any attention but I put treats on each level and soon she was napping on the top level. I recently adopted a three month kitty and she uses the tree as her springboard into action. I like the look of artificial tree more so than a cat scratching post/usual cat tree and while it definitely looks artificial, I feel "classier" having it in my apartment lol! If I would make any improvements I would cover the stumps between each level with sisal so cats could scratch on them. If a cat "tree" is what you are looking for, I recommend this product.
The tree would not even go together. They had the wrong size parts. Also, tree bark is plastic, not like a scrating post
