This no salt peanut butter is great. I am on a no-salt diet. I enjoy what I am eating much better. I add a little organic raw honey (from Swanson's) and my sweet tooth is also satisfied. I also have gotten lots of recipes and spices from Swanson's that help me eliminate salt in my diet. Thank you Swanson's. I feel great now.

I bought this for my husband. I had been buying the OG peanut butter from Costco, but wanted to buy an OG peanut butter in a glass container rather than plastic. My husband loved it because it was easy to mix, the oil always rises to the top before it's opened. Some Og peanut butters are like cement on the bottom and it's hard to mix the oil all of the way through.

I am 61 and have been getting peanut butter from health food stores since 1976. I really think this is the best I ever had - not only in taste and excellent ingredients but in superb spreadability. (I always buy organic salt-free, then pour it into a bowl, stir the oil back into it, then add my own 72-mineral salt, and finally some raw honey for sweetness & extra spreadability, then pour it back into the jar, by the way).

it wasn't for me. i didn't like the taste, texture. i gave it away
