I have both my father and my husband taking them every day and they're also pretty easy to swallow, even for someone who has trouble getting most pills down.

Purchased the big bottle over 50 type. Upon first dose I felt nauseous and stomach didn't feel well. Have not taken since as to avoid this episode from happening again. Not sure what causes these symptoms but I've seen others with the same reviews. The pill is quite large as well and not the easiest to swallow. I will try to find an alternative vitamin that doesn't cause these symptoms.

This product is certainly easy to take each and every day. However, it's an average at best, as it is a little lacking. Fish oil is also not a part of the One A Day regimen, and that's vital for heart, brain and joint health!

After taking One A Day Men's vitamins for years I switched to the 50+ because I turned 50+ this year. I have been disappointed experiencing nausea for 30-60 minutes immediately after taking this product. I was initially taking it when I woke up a few hours before breakfast. I am not taking it with breakfast and still experience nausea. I researched this online and it seems to be a common side effect. I hate to stop taking them because I bought the 300 count bottle, but its been a few weeks not and I don't like feeling nauseous every day. I think I will switch back to the regular One A Day Men's Multivitamin Tablets.

I've taken this 3 times and puked all 3 times i kept thinking it had to be something else but it's this vitamin. Make sure you are going to be home when you take this i took it before going to work my window wouldn't roll down on my truck fast enough i puked all down my door and window while trying to shove my head out and stop my truck lol it was bad
