Great vitamins, I have taken the men's one a day for decades and now I will be transitioning to the men's one a day 50 plus. I have always been pleased with men's one a day vitamins. I did try the store brand a few years back and it just wasn't the same. I started to feel drained. I then compared the ingredients and found that most of vitamins were the same but some had much lower levels than the Men's one a day. So there was a difference, and my body knew and after a month is when my energy levels plummeted. I highly recommend the men's one a day brand.
can take them with my prescription medication and get the day started
Overall, your health should come first, and after shopping around for health care, I realized Walmart has the too of the line health products you so desire and some times seen on TV health products. So, I recommend one a day as a multi vitamins supplement that's great and less than twenty dollars for a six month supply out of a 200 count container 🫙.
I've been taking One A Day for Men regularly, and it's an easy way to make sure I'm getting the essentials. The mix of Vitamin D, Zinc, and B vitamins gives me steady energy throughout the day, and it's gentle enough to take without any issues. It's simple, reliable, and fits perfectly into my daily routine.
I'm just starting a new routine in the morning which includes for One A Day Men's 50 plus vitamin hyaluronic acid and a mushroom coffee blend called new brain. I have just started this routine about a week ago so I have limited information on the effects but after doing research prior to purchasing men's One A Day 50 had excellent ratings so I will have to continue taking to see if it really does make a difference but thus far I feel like I have more energy and I'm ready to go and start my day.
These One A Day Men Multivitamins are amazing. I've been taking them for years easy to swallow and no after taste, keeps my health in check and a great kick start to my day, with the Walmart prices even better for my health lol, will definitely be buying them for years to come
I gave a 3 star review for now. I just got a bottle from walmart.com. The bottle was in good condition. and the expiration date is about 15 or so months from the date i received it. I opened the bottle the pills seems to be in good condition and i didnt notice any funny smells. I did however want to mention a discrepency. the picture of the vitamins in the bottle shows that it has Vitamin K. The bottle i received did not have Vitamin K. the rest of the vitamins were the same and the same dosages per pill here is what mine had in it: One A Day Men's Complete Multivitamin purchased at Walmart.com 20241227 Vitamin A 900 mcg Vitamin C 99 mg Vitamin D 25 mcg Vitamin E 15 mg Thiamin (B1) 1.32 mg Riboflavin (B2) 1.43 mg Niacin 17.6 mg Vitamin B6 2.17 mg Folate 400 mcg DFE(240 mcg folic acid) Vitamin B12 6.24 mcg Biotin 43 mcg Pantothenic Acid 15.5 mg Calcium 210 mg Iron 0 mg Iodine 150 mcg Magnesium 120 mg Zinc 11 mg Selenium 55 mcg copper 0.9 mg Manganese 2.3 mg Chromium 35 mcg Lycopene 300 mcg
I made the mistake of ordering online from some company in Brooklyn NY .. while shipping was fast and secure, the LOT %23 and EXPIRATION DATE , were obviously removed.. ( still sticky) .. lesson learned.
I don't know the result, but don't like the label caption and instructions, see the pictures attached
you gave me expired vitamins.
