Just your typical vitamin for men. Tried this until the bottle was gone and did not buy again. I'm more into supplements that are for certain things. Like creatine protein pre-workout things of that nature. But as far as full spectrum supplements go this is a good one.

Works great! Gives my husband everything he needs every morning. It has lots of the necessary vitamins and minerals and also has other ingredients that help him wakes up in the morning and are good to replace what he lose through sweating when he runs. They are a bright green color also, so if you take multiple supplements, this stands out easily. I have reordered 3 or 4 times now.

It is easy to swallow too, which is important for non-chewable vitamins. The only thing we didn't like is that it contains artificial colors. It would be 5 stars if not for the artificial colors. I hope One a Day removes them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apparently I'm not one for a multi vitamin.... My body just took it as an overload..... But I'm sure it would be very beneficial for some one who's body can tolerate them. I can't give a great review based on that.

This supplement is by far the best that One A Day offers for men. However, compared to Centrum supplements, this product is lacking in numerous areas. Too many to list here. Do your own research before ingesting this product.

Me and my husband we used to take one a day regularly but one thing we noticed it has enzymes that stopped us from having it. We wish they had some supplements with vegan option. Other wise it's reasonable and has everything needed.
