Easy to swallow pill that does taste or smell extremely fishy. I appreciated the high amount of multiple B vitamins and vitamin D.

This multivitamin r really boost my energy o s Tarted using after 2nd baby birth.

Ive only been taking these one week but so far I havent had any negative side affects from using it. Its a large pill but not as large as some ive taken in the past. The taste isnt great but not terrible, easy to swallow soft tab. Ive liked the other one a day brand vitamins for before and during pregnancy as well. I hope this one helps with postpartum hair loss and breastfeeding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to get these for ny niece after she had her baby so she could get back all the nutrients and stuff she lost from giving it to the baby and she said these are miracle working pills and she understood taking prenatal vitamins but no one ever has told her about post natal same for myself 4 kids later and just now hearing about doing for mom after baby well I didn't want by niece or 2 girls learning early so I made sure I talked to them about the importance of taking g care of ur body after baby and these little vitamins will do the trick

I typically use the one a day brand for most of my multi vitamins so I decided to try out the postnatal version. My LO is 14 months old and I'm still nursing her, so I really wanted to make sure I was getting adequate vitamins and minerals. I love that it has omega 3 DHA since I don't consume enough fish and I know it's really important for eye and brain health. I tend to get very nauseous with vitamins and this one was great and didn't give me any nausea or upset stomach. I'm really happy that more companies are coming out with post natal vitamins to take to help support both mama and baby. I will continue to use these! I hope that with continued use I will see improved energy as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is nice that One a Day Postnatal has B vitamins and Omega-3 DHA even though the Omega-3 amount is on the lower side. I do think that postnatal supplement needs to contain more calcium than just 9% of daily value for lactating women. It is also low on Iron, another important mineral.

These aren't anything to write home about though. Don't really care for One A Day brand in general because of all the fillers/additives they do not need to add.
