One-A-Day Womens Active Metabolism Complete Multivitamin Tablets 50 Each

I have taken this multivitamin for years. The only side effect that will become annoying is if you go without taking this multivitamin for a while and then start back, you may throw up. So with this being said, make sure you eat something light first before taking it.

I have been using this particular kind of vitamins ( one a day active) for years! and i always get that boost of energy and i feel it really works in my healthy.

I love this product! Would highly recommend this product to anyone. I seen results the second week of using this product.

This is a great every day vitamin. Clean and understandable ingredients. Everything you would need! All vitamins upset my stomach a bit if I take them without food but this one I just need to eat a little bit and it's fine. I really like it! I feel good when I use this vitamin

Sort of pricey. The taste is horrible, and so is the smell. However, I do think they have been beneficial since I started them. Great packaging, child safety feature works great.

I just bought this, this month and I've been taking it every day; however, as one reviewer expressed the nausea feeling, well I, for the first time did not read the label where it "CLEARLY" tells you to eat something. I did what the directions said and I have not had those nausea feelings anymore.

So I just started this multi vitamin. You MUST take with a meal or it turns your stomach for sure. It does give you energy due to the caffeine in it about as much as a cup of energy. It doesn't get me gittery but I do feel the energy burst so don't take before bed. I like it and will continue to try it for the 50 days, I'm only on week 1.

If you're caffeine intolerant than don't drink this. I didn't drink to much caffeine but I drank one pill of this and it gave me to much energy but later I was crashing and paranoids and my heart was beating so fast. Honestly I have had friends that drink this and it didn't do that to them it just have them energy but for me I would not drink it again I recommend in an emergency only

I bought this about a month ago and I feel hungry and I feel like I can eat but if I eat too much first thing or not enough I have aweful nausea and like I need to throw up. Overall it's an okay product but that feeling of needing to throw up is so over whelming almost making me want to stop taking this product
