Very pleased to receive my One Bite Charcoal Wood Pizza Oven, it was shipped very quickly, arrived well packaged with no problems, my friends shared the pizza oven with me and i knew that I needed one for myself, everything was complete along with instructions it was very easy to setup. I was able to purchase a pizza paddle to complete my setup...

Boxed package seemed heavy not some lightweight junk. All packaging/padding was cardboard for ease of composting/burning. All screws where in final location to make it easy to know where to place them %26 know that they were the correct quantity. Easy enough to assemble. The only issue w/ the first pizzas was I had misplaced my pizza peel.

Price was well below other similar products. Very good quality in materials.

Wonderful deal on a great product!

Great pizza oven! Really easy to put together! The coals heated super quick by using a torch. I was so impressed how fast my pizzas cooked. I have my own perfecting to do on a couple of things such as when to spin the pizza and making the dough thinner. My pizzas turned out delicious even on the first try! Can't wait to try it again. Lots of fun for the whole family!

Super easy to assemble and easy to use. I used to make pizzas on the big green egg but this is so much easier to use and cooks much faster. This thing gets super hot and could also drop a steak in there for a quick even sear. Also has a sleek looking design.

Gets the job done! Takes a while to get used to the charcoal but makes the best pizzas ever

Not new to pizza making. Wanted to give this one a shot because of the larger size and value price point. Worked on heating this up for about 90 mins. Lump charcoal and then some oak chunks as I was really trying to get closer to the 700 degree farenheight mark. Oven temp only got up to 550 farenheight max. Probably closer to 500. Metal started warping and rear hatch with firebox won't fit tight anymore. The major problem was the stone never got up to temp. So the tops looked great, but no crisp at all underneath. And based on the importance of the undercarriage Mr. Portnoy talks about, I was even more disappointed. Yes, I followed the instructions. Not new to this. Just a poor design with inferior materials. I will say that putting it together I had high hopes because it feels heavy and sturdy. If you have a LOT of time, and a lot of fuel, you may have better luck.

The pizza stone was cracked upon delivery

The oven got super hot at first and felt like it was going to be awesome. In the end it could not maintain temp at all. The back of the oven got to 500 degrees but the front wouldn't get above 200 degrees. Very uneven cooking and having to open ghe door and rotate so often meant that thw whole oven cooled down and never got hot enough again. So disappointed, I guess you get what you pay for. Hoping a return wont be a nightmare
