I am 65 years old and in very good physical shape. It is difficult to establish a direct cause-and-effect relationship but here is what I experienced after taking One Boost for one month. Within one week I was waking up later in the morning. There soon seemed to be a definite increase in libido but that seems to have faded. There has been an increase in performance at the gym. I will keep using it for at least another month.

Based on most reviews, thought it would produce a good energy so I ordered it. However, I did not feel any raised energy levels at all this far. Guess it did not work for me.
