my grey hair looked blondish and dull. after using this shampoo and conditioner only once, my hair is its glorious silver and ahining again. I will use it from now on. it left my hair soft flowing and shiny. i love it

wish that they would put a shampoo that had a good conditioner already mixed in so you could just buy one bottle of product that works.

There's nothing wrong with the product. It's the wrapping or lack of wrapping of the product. It got to my house leaking. Send it back once re-ordered it again in the same thing happened even worse I think is the lack of bubble wrap that broke that lid and the liquid leaked all over the place if they can do a better wrapping of the product I will re-order it again. There's nothing wrong with the product. I love the product. Packaging was the problem thank you Josie has.
