super hard workout!
I purchased this video to "rev up" my workout. That it did! I am 50 years old and want to lose 10 pounds. I did not lose weight with this dvd workout, in fact, I gained .4 pounds. I am not bothered by that. I feel very different from when I started the workout....much stronger, thinner, and have a great sense of accomplishment. Others cannot see anything different with my size, but I feel it. This is by far the hardest workout I've ever done, and I've done them all! If you want a challenge, I highly recommend this workout. Make yourself finish the 7 days. I did not follow the eating plan, so perhaps that is why I did not see a weight loss. Very proud of myself!
