I bought two of these bolsters. One for sitting on our reclining sofa to place under my knees, and one to keep in the bedroom for placing under my knees at sleep time. I have found that if I keep my knees propped up a tad, it relieves the pressure off my lower back and hips. I have tried other regular pillows and knee pillows - they have all been too soft. These are nice and firm, but not hard. The slightly fuzzy texture outside is a plus as well. I have also used them to place behind my lower back at times. I use them almost everyday!

Purchased for recovery from knee replacement surgery and it's soft and comfortable. You can wash the cover if you need. Recommend to anyone who needs their feet elevated or support under your knees!

Comfortable and provides good support for the knees and ankles. Could also be used if you like to sleep with a pillow between your legs. This actually would have been great to have when I was pregnant. Highly recommend!

The pillow is very soft and comfortable for side sleeping. I like the idea of the removeable, washable cover.

I always feel more comfortable with a pillow under my knees, and this bolster is so much better than using a throw pillow. It comes compressed, but doesn't take long to decompress. It's very firm memory foam, so it doesn't completely lose its shape when you put your weight on it. The cover is a very soft material and it has a zipper, so you can remove and wash it.

HiGHLY recommend this little pillow! Strong support on a VERY soft surface.

Dimensions exactly as described. But this is a VERY FIRM pillow! The zipper on mine appeared to be broken in one spot . Will message the vendor to request another cover. This works best as a knee support pillow but definitely not for the neck. The foam looks to be of good quality and the gray cover is made of some type of velour fabric.
