Happy with the product. Extremely expensive however. Parents have managed Medicare are both type 2 diabetics and just told insurance would not cover any test strips. Not Walmart's fault, but on a fixed income the cost of these makes it very difficult to test as they should.

Problem with One Touch Ultra
I ordered (2) boxes of ONE Touch Ultra BUT I received 1 correct box and 1 incorrect box. I brought the items to Walmart for replace or return and was turned away at the desk and told they are returnable I have to go thru the seller. Walmart guarantees satisfaction the wrong item was delivered NOT MY FAULT.... I haven't been able to reach the seller and I want a replacement box of the blue One Touch Ultra test strips. See picture below.

The one-touch ultra test strips don't fit the Accu-Chek meter. Third party replacements don't specify that they work with the Accu-Check model.

you shipped 2 different test strips boxes. 1 is not ultra so we can't use it and you don't allow returns. I had to reorder and we are unable to test our blood sugar until new order gets here. We should get refund for having to pay twice.
