That's it. I take one sometime during breakfast when I take my other supps and I forget about it all day. I also forget about eating for hours. I feel fine; eat normal meals; don't need to cheat; my energy doesn't flag; don't feel jittery. Just try it, it works well. Although the label says you can take 2 during the day, and other people mentioned that they take multiple doses, I found a single cap was perfect for all day.

This is the only brand African Mango that I've tried so my review is not based just on this particular brand. However, with that said this African Mango DO work. I only take two caps a day (before breakfast) and it helps to curb my appetite which in turn helps me to eat alot less than normal. I see some posts say this did absolutely nothing even after multiple bottles but African Mango is half the battle to weightloss. The other half of the battle is willpower and exercise. This will not prevent you from over eating but like someone else said you have to ask yourself, "now why am I eating?" African Mango will take suppress your appetite and help you feel satisfied. Its not going to tie your hands back and force you NOT to finish the food on or plate or NOT to go back for a second helping. Its up to you to realize you're at a satisfied point and backaway from the food. :-) Also, with any weightloss plan you MUST exercise at least 30 minutes 5x a week. No supplement will do all the work for you and if it does you will just gain all the weight back plus with a vengence after you quit using the product. I have lost 7lbs so far and have about 1/2 a bottle left. I will definitely repurchase this product again.

I have taken it and dropped 10 pounds in a month and I only take it here and there. My friend is now using it and she is so excited to be in single size jeans again. Hormones have to be in check, and you have to at least do a 30 min cardio twice a week. Next, this stuff won't make you stop eating, you can eat and eat a lot , the point is your not hungry , so why eat? Habit is why. It doesn't give you energy, howerver, no weird feelings or racing .

This supplement is great for curbing cravings, however, I think it has to be taken at certain times or else it does not work. You do have to have a little bit of self control to take the supplement, wait 30 min, and then eat something. It definitely awakens your taste buds to let you know that your food doesn't taste as good as your brain has been trained to think. Over all, it works really well. You just have to figure out how to use it on your schedule.

I absolutely love this Mango product. I work out 4 days a week & I maintain a balanced diet. On the weekends I treat myself. I find these Mangos curve my appetite very well & they give me a boost in energy. I love that they contain Mango & Green Tea. I will be buying this product again!

Great Product! No side effects. I use this with the Razberi-K,500mg and Garcinia Cambogia, 400mg and I usually loose 5 to 10 pounds a month. It keeps me from gaining back the weight and I can cheat on the week-ends.

This is an interesting product. While I haven't seen any significant weight changes even with diet and exercise, I have had a decrease in appetite and increase in energy. No jitters, no jumpiness, just enough energy to get things done. I may or may not try this again. Might be great for some but it left me a bit disappointed.

This product is hit or miss with people. Some people see dramatic results after a couple of weeks use, myself I haven't noticed much by way of weight loss. I have this and one other bottle to use and I'll see how it fares.

My husband and I have each been through two bottles of this product. We haven't changed our eating or exercise habits. Our weight and belly fat remains unchanged.
