Clean user experience, home screen is not overloaded with ads, has never added a channel to my home screen without asking me! I received the Onn box package and everything was packaged nice and neat. I installed the box to my tv using the simple instructions provided. The set up was seamless and very quick. The remote is simplistic and easy to use. The box itself is hidden behind the tv so no wires or another box to add to the tv stand. The interface is eye catching and easy to navigate. Response time is quick and accurate. I'm very pleased with this product. I've used a couple different streaming devices over the years and so far I can honestly say I prefer the Onn box over the others! Pleased with my decision to make the switch! Highly recommended, especially for older people who may be overwhelmed by technology and also recommend for younger individuals when being introduced to streaming technology.

Onn 4k streaming device is quick and easy to set up. It includes a white remote that has google Gemini voice assistance. I like how easy it is to navigate and use the apps. It's really awesome that it has google Gemini making it easy to find what I'm looking for. It also has google cast to be able to cast whatever I'm watching on my phone to the tv. Overall I'm happy with the device and is now part of my bedroom tv.

This stick does everything I need it to do. it is slow on navigating between applications. it would be nice if it had a little bit more memory, then might speed things up a bit. as I said, it does do what I needed to do. i am going to return it all the same. Because of the speed and get the one that's faster and a little bit more expensive

Will not connect to WiFi during setup. I tried my home WiFi. I tried hotspot on 3 different phones with 3 different carriers. I tried to set it up using the Google home app. Unsuccessful. Despite me KNOWING it wouldn't make a difference, I plugged it into different hdmi ports on my tv. I tried it on another tv. Do not waste your time. This model is a complete dud. Just get the cheaper one.

Awful. Won't connect to any Wi-Fi.... home, mobile hotspot, travel router, nothing. Get wrong password even though I verified it is correct. I've tried pausing the 5Ghz band and use 2.4Ghz band, manual setup, setup through the phone, and still nothing works.

Like the other poster said this item has issues. It will not connect to my Wi-Fi after dozens of attempts and restarts. ONN customer support was a heavily accented Indian that was trying to say it was the TV's fault even though I have a 4K ONN box Pro plugged into the same TV and it's working fine. Clearly, they released this device too soon. Sending back for a refund and waiting for a better device.

this should not cost more than the previous model while not being dolby vision compatible. the item lags more than the previous year model.
