onn 55” Class 4K UHD (2160P) LED Roku Smart Television HDR (100012586)

This is my second TV of this type. Obviously, I must have liked it enough to go back and get another; both from Walmart Aside from the product and more importantly was the service. I placed the order in the morning and the TV was delivered to my home that afternoon. What better service could you ask for? Nice couple that delivered it too. Thank you walmart for meeting my needs.

This tv is a nice upgrade from the Vizio I had. I don't need the fire stick anymore because everything already comes on the tv I just needed to sign in. The initial setup was extremely easy and the picture and sound quality are both a 10/10. I am very pleased with this purchase.

No issues whatsoever. I am 69 and was able to remove the television from my car get it upstairs to my apartment and set it up which involved attaching it to a television stand on my fireplace. The Onn television was super easy since o replaced a 43 inch with this 55 inch. The picture and sound are flawless after setup. Even got it registered for the 2 year warranty with no issues. I contemplated purchasing a 55 inch for 2 years, glad I finally did. This 55 inch Onn is well worth the purchase.

Definitely better than older model I had! It's picture quality is way better! Sound quality is better! Everything about it is improved! Had to purchase a new one because screen was cracked in old one was the only reason I ended up even upgrading! Honestly so glad I did and should have done it sooner!!!!

I made sure to check measurements ahead of time of the top of my fireplace where I'd put this TV. Walmarts pictures for the base/TV stand for this TV, is 10.1”. That's simply false. The one I received is 14” exactly. This TV now overhangs my fireplace and would easily tip off. Wondering where there's false advertisement for its dimensions? I live in an apt and certainly can't be mounting this on the wall. So I either need a smaller base provided or to buy a brand new TV stand..

The TV worked for 380 days. Then the display began to show vertical lines (panel failure). Standard warranty 365 days. When contacted, ONN support declined to do anything other than deflect/deny responsibility. No human interaction---all bot communication via email. Summary: inferior product quality matched by inferior product support. Consider the purchase an entirely disposable good--it may last a year or a few months. You have no recourse with this manufacturer. And their every response reminds you of this.

I was charged for an item that they didn't have in stock and haven't received the money back and its been over a week if the item isn't available my money should have been put back the same day and this is the second terrible experience I've had buying a tv from Walmart the first time I was in store bought a tv it was dented took it back ten minutes later and they would not replace it i know my money doesn't make or break this store but it doesn't make it right to the consumer and im very disappointed in the service I've received from Walmart

DO NOT BUY---died in 24 hours. Picture started flickering and then it would go off. Did this 8 times Whitin 24 hours then just went out. SHAME on WALMART. I look at the reviews now and see this is a reoccurring issue. Why are you still selling a bad product????

Originally purchased this tv as a second one and put the 50" Samsung in the guest room. There were so many issures with the Onn I have not had time to address them yet. To begin with, the picture is very dark and settings are at their brightest. The tv constantly buffers so much that it caused problems with both tv's. I had to go back to the Samsung. The Onn is sitting on the floor of the guest room. I will attempt to try to resolve the issues soon. Would not recommend this tv to anyone.

Doesn't allow zero stars. The TV quit working within 60 days. Walmart won't take back after 30. Onn Customer service continues to give me the run around and nonstop, “someone will call/email you within 24-48 hours.” Highly suggest any other brand than Onn. Currently the date for me to take it to possibly get fixed by a repair company over 45 minutes away is not for another 10 days even though they have openings.
