So my 1 year old son ended up cracking the screen.....and it still works! Customer Service was super quick to deal with. Has alot of space for learning apps for my toddlers, and it is very easy to use parental control on them. Also pretty up to date - I can do "Smart View" w my Samsung TV easily

Good First tablet for younger children
The protective rubber case is nice and gives nice protection to the device. Set-up was pretty easy. The Family Link App is a nice touch and a good way to track how much tablet time they use or can use it to reward extra tablet time for doing chores.

This is a Christmas gift. My grandson plays with his brother's tablet just like this one and he loves it. He is five years old and I bought the same tablet but in a different color. :-)

i got this for my daughter and she dropped it just barely, not high up at all %26 it cracked and wont work at all now.

Horrible
My tablet won't even allow me to click on the screen. It turns on and just stays on the lock screen. I will be sending it back.
