onn 85" Class 4K UHD Powered by VIZIO Smart Television, 85S4V1

I love this tv but 2 weeks in and the volume which we used to have on 30 now has to be on 60....not sure what is going on or if we did something. I am going to try to do some googling to see how to fix.

TV turns off by itself, sometimes has to be unplugged and replugged to get sound. When TV turns itself off, have to go back and change the input. Had to connect to the internet just to get the thing set up even though it will not be connected to internet to watch.

I really do love my new tv but I'm still not sure how to connect my DVD Player to it and I was told that Roku software is on this tv but I have yet to find those channels that are on the Roku Channel like I used to watch on my old tv so I'm still basically learning how to use this tv to find the shows that I like to watch!

This is the second ONN tv I have bought in 6 months. Over all the tv has worked to my expectations. My only regret is that my first ONN tv was a Roku and I didn't notice this 2nd tv was a Vizio. Its like going from an android phone to an iphone and back. They have their differences but work as expected. Overall Im happy and next time im paying closer attention.

I’d buy 10000 of these tvs if I could, everything about it is great. I love how you can use the app as a remote if it ever gets lost or you can’t find it. The volume is loud even on number 3-4 it’s like having it on 30. Picture quality is amazing and so are the free tv apps.

It is a nice quality clear tv. I hooked it up to our antenna as well to the internet. It took a while but it eventually was set up. You have to make sure you have a tablet, phone to computer to set it up. It would be nice to have an on off button on the back of the TV but there isn’t one.

I downgraded my rating primarily because of the remote. The top third is black buttons on a black background making it very hard to see in the dim light I use to watch TV. So I must feel the buttons to click the correct one, but there is not a great deal of difference between one button and another and the background, thus resulting in wrong buttons pushed. Then, too, the last TV I bought was before "smart" TVs and I am not impressed with the clutter on the home screen. I rarely use any of the multitude of options. What little I watch I watch through Roku where I know where to find the few things I watch. The rest is mostly wasted on me. The picture quality of the TV itself is great--I am very happy with it. But it seemed to take forever to find how use the remote to find what I wanted to do or watch with the absence of the kind of buttons I am used to. I guess I am just a grumpy old man.

Great picture packed into a very thin and lightweight product. The downside for me is that it defaults to the HDMI for the input signal. I've done all of the steps to get it to default to "antenna"/cable input. After this I power down for 3-5 minutes and it comes back on using the cavle connection as it should. I leave my wife's nursing home and return the next day and power it back up, it is stuck on a search loop that has gone back to the original HDMI input. Very frustrating.

This TV is horrible constantly turns off and on on its own nothing it set the sleep timer and I'm using the TV at the times it does it so something is wrong with this brand cause this is the 3rd time we've bought a onn and it does this

Terrible quality. I bought it two years ago, even with a two-year extended warranty, and the motherboard broke down right after two years and was no longer covered. There's nowhere to call because the number listed online goes straight to a Movistar voicemail. And the worst part is that I tried to repair it myself, but there are no replacement parts available. A total disappointment. I will never buy it again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this brand.
