Always connects to what I am pairing. Battery life as stated in the manual is up to 20 hours with the base and lights off. Appears to be well made but time will tell with durability.

I like that it has a carrying strap (it comes with 2 the checkered one in my pic and also a solid black). It was easy to connect a phone up to, took just a couple mins, the sound quality is really good, we turned it up to max volume to try it (but quickly turned it down in fear of our county's noise ordinance 😂). My daughter especially loves the lights on the side of it😊 we love this, my husband is already trying to think of places that we can use this:)

This speaker is poorly tuned. There is hardly any deep Bass, and definitely needs app support. Come on Walmart. This speaker is got some good components and shouldn't be wasted like this and definitely is not worth $200
