This power bank is great, I really enjoy the fact that you can charge multiple devices at one time. I also like that the power bank shows the percentage amount of the bank itself so you are never unaware of how much you have left. The bank is also very compact and light, which I really like so that I can keep it in my purse or backpack.

I purchased this to charge 2 iPhones at Disneyland. I had my doubts because I have not had a good experience with portable chargers. This little charger proved us wrong and completely charged two phones. I am purchasing another one!

Comes with a 14% charge, but charges fast to full power. Battery lasts long for multiple recharges and has an easy to read screen that shows how much power is left. Didn't slow charge any of our devices

It charged my phone so fast I was shocked! I love the sleekness of it and I especially love the fact that the life of the charge on the power bank is enough to charge my phone more than once. I recommend it to anyone! I do wish that it came with a longer charger though.

I charged it up and put in my purse to take to work and when my phone started to get low i plugged it into thr power bank and lickity split it was all charged up.

This charger is amazing, takes awhile to fully charge, but once it's charged to 100% it stays charged for months! Recently when I lost power for a several hours, I was able to charge my cell to full in about 90 minutes, all while I was chatting on it... and it only took 15% of the charge, so it's still at 85% and holding... I'm so glad I got it!

I have purchased over 10 of these in the last 3 years. I LOVE this charger. I can be dead (phone) and in 30 minutes I'm at 77%. And the battery itself…has only lost may 8% …if that. This is the real deal. I continue to come back over and over for this as a gift because everyone keeps asking me where I got it. It's awesome.

I am a HUGE fan of portable electronics' "bricks". BUT, this one (and it could very well be a one off) has a not so funny quirk. Should one try to charge a unit that is having charging issues, this brick must be plugged into an a/c adapter as if you were recharging it to "reset" the battery pack. Even if it is 99% charged, it will flash 0% and continue regardless of how many "know-working-components" you try to juice up. However, immediately after connecting the battery pack to an a/c charger it will show the correct rate of charge and function normally thereafter.

We bought this power bank for our trip to Vegas with the hopes that it would do its job...charge! This device will not stay on, despite the power bank being charged to 100%. It stays on for about 15 seconds then shuts off and no longer charges our phones. We've tried using different cords, switching between the 2 ports, and using multiple different phones. We tossed the packaging on our way to the airport and kept the instruction manual, but unfortunately, the manual didn't help with our issue. Not even sure if we can return it now...

Inn 20,000 Portable Soft Charger in grey bricked after 1 month. SLOW charging / non-charging of dual and single products. Required lengthy recharge between uses. Very heavy (1 lb ), definitely NOT 'portable'. I couldn't count on this product to reliably recharge electronics. Not impressed with Onn brand, Returned for refund.
