The wrong one
You delivered the wrong item. I ordered a screen protector for an iPad 10 and you thought it would be okay to substitute the one I ordered for one specifically for an iPad 9

Tough to align
The screen protector itself is pretty good. The issue is that you have to manually align the protector on the device. These onn brand screen protectors used to be sold under the name Blackweb. Back then they came with an alignment tray that made application easy. Now they have no alignment tray, so you just have to eyeball it yourself. If you get it wrong - and you almost certainly will - you can peel it up and re-apply, but it will have lint and bubbles under it. I just don't get why they took out the alignment tray.

Too Large
Unfortunately, this screen protector is just larger than it needs to be. Because it extends right to the edge of the bezel, it prevents the use with a case.

I went an open the product it was shattered I was disappointed I couldn't get my money back because I couldn't return it to FedEx very disappointed

Don't buy
The little cloth they give you sheds and leaves crap on the screen. No tools other than a piece that makes placement impossible
