Sound is excellent. Very clear speakers, and it's great that it has 2 microphones so my daughter can sing with a friend. She loves it!

My family has had so much fun with this karaoke machine. It may be small, but don't let that fool you! The sound packs a punch! Love the lights on it! Bluetooth connection is easy, and pairs well with your phone or tablet, even your smart TV! For kids and kids at heart of all ages! Great product!

I had to purchase this item several times due to a malfunction and a walmart error. However, this machine was purchased as christmas gift for kids. The sound quality is good and the Bluetooth connection works great. The use of 2 microphones makes a perfect karaoke night.

We have two other karaoke mics, and this one isn't as good - overall sound quality and knob asjustments are not up to par. We loved Walmart's quick delivery, and the professionalism of the employee who brought it out to us, however, so I would give Walmart 5 ☆☆☆☆☆!!!

As far as a karaoke machine, it's a good value for one the two mics, both rechargeable along with the speaker itself are a decent quality. However, I do have a few small complaints if you sing at a lower volume, the mics have a little bit of trouble picking it up and for some reason when he try singing with both mics and have Bluetooth connected for songs or YouTube karaoke, every once in a while, it glitches out and you have to reconnect, but it was a cheap option and does go for a long period of time and it's a lot of fun for the kids as you can change the type of voice that comes through the mics. It's complaining too much.

I got this portable karaoke for my granddaughters, we had fun using it but the quality is not great if you want to sound good when you're singing. The granddaughters 9 and 12 loved it. Hooks up through Bluetooth you can use your TV. The speakers pretty good. Charge the microphone before using them.

The speaker worked very well and the sound was good and it was easy to operate. However, the pin on the charger broke after 45 days without me even plugging it in/out very frequently. Walmart telephone customer service was wonderful but store customer service was terrible. Store refused to take it back or exchange, but phone customer service worked with them until they gave me a gift card. Store personnel were hostile and unhelpful.

Looks is nice and size is perfect. However, sounds very staticky, feels a little cheapy. You have to sing/talk very close to mike and loud . Pauses when trying to lower volume of mike. tried using several ways and absolutely nothing made me feel like it was ok. Very disappointed.

We got one of these karaoke machines and the sound quality was great, the volume control was decent, and everything was very sturdy. It held up for almost a year before one microphone stopped working. So I bought another of the same karaoke machine and the sound quality was absolutely terrible. It was crackly and sounded like you were inside a tin can. But because I'd thrown away the box I couldn't return it. So I bought ANOTHER one and it had the same issue. Sound quality was terrible! We tried to see if the microphones from the newer machines would work with our one old functioning machine, but they don't. I don't understand. Last year's model was amazing! But whatever it is that they're selling now is complete garbage.

Unfortunately, I was one of the many who got a a unit with a defective battery. I was able to try it out briefly with what little battery it had when it arrived and the sound was pretty good! But the mics weren't connecting. So I charged it for hours over and over again. It won't turn back on. I have to go return it today, which is disappointing. This was my first onn purchase and I was so excited about the brand. Now I'm really hesitant to try their other products. It's kind of like when you find out the truth about Santa Claus. Oh well.
