I bought this and returned it because I preferred the one with a visible screen

I have it in my car and I was involved in a car crash where the person swerved into my lane. Luckily everyone was ok but they tried to lie and say it was my fault but my camera caught everything.

I don't buy this yet but I have a question about it, does the camera record how the car is in the parking lot and another car hits my car?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mini dash cam is small and takes very little space. Its simple to use and takes high quality videos. The downfalls are it does not work so well in low light conditions like at night but during the day it works quite well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this dash cam for awhile now and I will definitely say it is an average cam and will get the job done on an average level. It is very lightweight and small, which I like because it is kinda discreet in my SUV and you really don't know it is there unless you are looking hard for it and know what you are looking for. It does suction well to the windshield and I haven't had any issues of it falling down unexpectedly. I do have issues with knowing for sure if it is on or off because there is no display and you have to rely on the light to go through the modes. I prefer to be able to have a read out screen, knobs, buttons, anything like that to know what exactly I am doing and to make sure I am indeed recording. It records to a sd card and you have to put it in your computer to see the recordings. That is not an issue because I expected that but the video quality could be a little better. Again, it is good for what it is and it you want or need a basic recording on what is in front of you on the road, then you'll be fine with this cam. Overall, it is a cam that does what a cam is expected to do and will get basic jobs done. The downside is the lack of fully knowing what I'm doing when using it. I need to know for sure when and how I'm recording and though this cam does that, it could've been executed a little better.

Very small and difficult to programme.. But more over the way it clips on the windshield is very unstable... A clothes pin?... Very unstable
