The ink cartridges work great for my HP Envy printer but sometimes do not last as long or seem to dry up if used intermittently! Otherwise okay!
I liked the items I received except I did not know I was buying remanufactured printer ink for my printer. It is ok - the items came quickly. I went to walmart's store in Hodgkins and got my box of staples. I'm satisfied with everything. I was hoping to buy the bond paper, but it was unavailable. I'll buy it in the store. Jeannine
already told you !
The 61 xl b/w ink cartridge was damaged from shipping so company sent me a replacement right away. However, they sent me the 63 xl instead, which doesn't fit our HP Deskjet 1513, but thank God it fits in our other HP Deskjet 2132! The cartridge popped in very easily, and even though it wasn't a rich dark black, as you can see from pictures, for a remanufactured, recycled ink, and being cheaper than other brands, I would definitely recommend.
I recommend the HP 61XL Black Ink cartridge. The product came with no instructions but was easy to install and had no problem printing the test pages. I was able to start printing right away with no installation issues. Right after printing the test pages, I printed a 75 page work manual and was quite nervous that it would eat up my ink but the ink cartridge held up very well and my manual looks great. I also printed quite a number of kid worksheets and coloring pages. With all of the printing, I am not even 25% down on the cartridge yet. The color quality is pretty good considering I am using HP Deskjet 1512 home printer which is typically used for light printing jobs. This cartridge should definitely last awhile while giving quality print results for any type of printing.
This cartridge came well packaged and in perfect condition. I have no idea how long it will last since I always buy the brand name cartridges. I have tried other remanufactured ones and usually get a notice on my printer that it is not compatible. So far so good, but I really need to be sure my printer works when I need it. I probably will just spend the money and get the true HP one the next time I need a cartridge ,but good to know WM has this just in case.
The ink cartridge is NOT what I ordered. I assume that you don't have the correct one. When I tried to use this substitution before the machine rejected it (not manufacturer's product) and I returned it. This time I called the store because the order hasn't yet been delivered, but I was told to have the driver return it to the store (rather than sending me the correct item).
Must be careful has expiration date Bought this and ink was dry Wasn't expired but was close to the date
Don't waste your money.
When this ink was offered I had been thinking it was for Hewlett Package Ink and for the 61XL cartridge. It turned out to be for a *remanufactured* ink cartridge, not the genuine article. As my printer says that not using a genuine HP Cartridge will void my warranty I reluctantly tested this product. As soon as I put the cartridge in a screen came up on my computer stating that this was a "pre-used HP cartridge" and asked if it could send information to Hewlett Packard. I cancelled that screen and then the printer started to do a self-test and alignment. I immediately removed the cartridge after that and put my old genuine HP cartridge back in. The printer did a self-test and alignment at that point. I compared the results of the two self-tests and found that the remanufactured cartridge ink was not as black as my genuine HP cartridge ink. I'm sorry, but I'm not willing to jeopardize my warranty by using a remanufactured ink cartridge. This product gets a thumbs-down from me.
