Honestly? I am surprised to say that since I've started taking this, I've been more focused when I'm needing focus, and have more willpower to start new tasks that I otherwise wouldn't.

This stuff is amazing! When I have big projects coming up, I know I need to be consistent with Alpha Brain and exercise. This makes me the best version of myself with clear thoughts and ready for action!

I have noticed that I seem to be able to focus on a task more clearly than before taking alpha Brain. I'm actually only taking half the dose. So overall I can tell a difference. I've been taking it for about a week and a half. Would like to try some more onnit free trial products.

I used to get a lot of tension headaches, especially when my girlfriend talks nonstop to me and I just want a break sometimes. This definitely helped reduce it it seems. As for focus and memory, in still not sure though. I will have to keep using and see.

I definitely could remember where I would put my phone or the clicker for the t.v. I was loosing my mind forgetting where I just put something down. For the 30 day trial I felt much better mentally. Slow down and make sense.

I tried this because the site mentioned it was for women as well as men. I would have continued taking it but it gave me SUCH a SPLITTING headache each time.

Honestly me and my buddy both have not felt or seen any effects or improvements. We’ve both been taking it for several months with no improvements that we can tell. I know supps can affect different people differently so give it a test run yourself if you’re curious but we haven’t seen anything. Both M 40+.

I noticed no difference good or bad, I've been incorporating it into my daily routine. Sorry, you asked for it. It's it possible they just don't work for me? If course. They just might not be supplements I need.

Waste of money. Been using this for about 2 weeks now and can’t tell a difference. Was hoping to see a boost in mental focus with this as I am a student and could really use it at times. Really disappointed and will never buy again.
