I've used this product for about 2 years now and it works like a charm! Puts me to sleep and when I wake up before my alarm I feel as though I was never asleep. It's a beautiful feeling turning every person into a morning person.

I was really hoping this supplement would work well for me. Unfortunately, it just made me nauseous. I tried it for 1 week with the recommended dosage and then half the recommended dosage. If i took it before bed, I would wake up halfway through the night feeling sick to my stomach. I really wanted this to work! I think it's great for other people, but it did not work for me.
