This product has been so impressive! It has completely changed my ability to handle stress at work without making me feel like I have low energy. In fact, I sleep better and have had better workouts. Over the past 3 years I dont think I can recall one night of full sleep. I would always wake up 2 hours after initially falling asleep (which was a 45 process of trying to turn my mind off). Amazing product. I take it every night and within a few days I could tell a difference in how I dealt with things. I had a situation come up that would have normally made me angry, but instead I was able to look at the whole thing objectively and made a decision based on facts and not emotions.

I was really hoping this supplement would work well for me. Unfortunately, it just made me nauseous. I tried it for 1 week with the recommended dosage and then half the recommended dosage. If i took it before bed, I would wake up halfway through the night feeling sick to my stomach. I really wanted this to work! I think it's great for other people, but it did not work for me.
