Every time we go to Mexico I have a gut problem. Last year it was so bad that I had to stay in a Mexican hospital for a day ( received great care and beautiful new hospital near Cabo San Lucus ) still not a fun way to spend a holiday. Aubrey in his book mentions a probiotic he takes when he traveled to Peru. He recommended the Total Gut Health packs and my Cancun holiday was great and without any gut issues. My husband who normally doesn’t suffer with gut issues actually needed to use some of myTotal Gut Health packets. Will use these from now on when traveling abroad.

Have suffered from GI issues for years and changed my diet to try and help Too, I have been on gut health for almost a month now and I don’t think I’ll ever stop, it has made such a difference in how I feel. I have always been skeptical about supplements and their effectiveness. I like to try things for a few weeks before I come to any conclusions. However this stuff is a game changer. I feel more regulated and balanced after only a week. Will recommend, every time.

I have taken almost every Onnit product, and this is by far my favorite. My digestion is so much better, I used to experience a lot of bloating and intestinal discomfort (sexy, I know), and that is all gone. I went a few weeks without it, and I could feel the difference in a negative way. I could not recommend this product more highly!

I was really having digestive issues that were honestly distroying my life. This got me on track in an unexpected way. I've tried many probiotics, diets, and anything to help my digestive issues, and nothing made a dent. This made me feel normal again for the first time in a long time.

Tried out total gut health without much of a background in supplements. I noticed a small difference in my digestion and bloatedness after eating but hard to say how much effect it really had. Slightly more expensive than other probiotics on the market but maybe it's better, idk. I'll try again probably. Or maybe try some other onnit suppliments.

Not sure how many stars to give to be fair. I’m sure the product is great for some, though unfortunately, I’m not one of them. Have been taking for a bit over a month now, though I don’t feel any changes or improvements. I still have a few more boxes, which I’ll keep taking but if there’s still no change once completed, I’ll cancel my future orders. Sorry Aubrey! Wish I could give a rave review.

I didn't realize the daily packet required choking down about 28 pills, all of which taste very strongly like cardboard. Almost unswallowable. If it was 1 or 2 pills that had no taste I would be into it. I also wasn't planning on complaining but you've sent me about 7 emails asking for a review, so here it is. Sorry.
