ONNIT Total Human® Complete Supplement Packs, Day & Night Support, 30-Day Supply

Great all inclusive human body support. Can clearly see a change between Total Human and my other multi-vitamin. I wish I didn't, because they are expensive, but worth it.

Without being a guru of supplements, this product is perfect for me. Packaged for day and night support makes it very easy to keep up with and stay consistent. I have much more energy and with consistent resistance training, I am seeing drastic changes to my physical appearance. Also, considering that taking this supplement is cheaper than the daily energy drink, it's very affordable. Thank you ONNIT and Joe Rogan.

So far I've been really enjoying it. I feel more focus and energetic. Sleeping my soundly and able to push myself further. I'm a big pan of the day and night packages too. Makes it easy to take with me if I'm in a rush.

Total game changer, got this for my son who was on this for a couple of years but stopped taking it a few months back, and OMG he was feeling tired lethargic and skin breakouts anyway I happened to ask if he was still taking his supplements and he said no (financially not viable at this time) so ordered it for him within a week of being back on this regime the change was amazing, wonderful supplements and might have a look at it myself

The first day I took these I immediately felt something. Focus did seem intensified and overall I felt good. Didn't really notice anything with the night capsules but that's ok. Normal I guess. I did notice that on the 4th day on I didn't see any increases in focus or energy. Seemed to plateau. These are pretty expensive and I won't buy them again. Nice to have as a free trial. 16 pills is too much for me. I have a narrow esophagus and the pills got stuck on a few occasions. 8 pills at a time with a lot of water just made me feel bloated. Not for me.

Getting into the routine of taking these supplements have helped in general. I feel like there could be more in the total human packs for overall benefits

The product was fine. I did feel less hungry throughout the day, but otherwise didn't notice anything significant in mood, performance, or energy. It may be a good product but taking more than a dozen supplements every day seems excessive. It may work better for others but I wouldn't buy it again. I did only use it for a week so longer term it may have more benefit.

I was hyped about trying these supplements together. I definitely have a busy lifestyle but eventually came to experience I was feeling over stimulated most nights taking both day and night packs and began lacking good rest. Sleep deprived and yet alert to get things done while exhausted. I don't know how to explain that feeling exactly, but maybe this vitamin pack is more optimal for the hardcore athlete/ weight lifter. As for me, not so much. There is a boost of mentality and good benefits throughout the day, but overall con for me was disrupted sleep roughly a week in. At one point I stopped taking them out of caution and slept an entire 24 hours. Not saying it's a bad product, but I suppose it just wasn't for me.

Tried this product along with most of their others. All of them are overpriced and lack bioavailability rendering the products innate. The fact that all of their products are a 15 day supply also tells you everything you need to know. Total money grab of a company who make wildly exaggerated claims about their products.

I took it for 2 weeks and had a really bad headache the whole time. When I stopped taking it they went away. I tried again a week later and the headaches came back.
