My husband and I love this cat box. It really does keep the smell in and it appears to be very easy for the cats to use (I have 4). there was a little hiccup but resetting it helped a lot, got it back into operation. The waste collection drawer is very large and it makes it so we are a slave to scooping poop. This cat box has different colored lights we can choose for inside the box and we dig it! I would encourage this purchase as it truly has made ours and the cats lives easier.

It was super easy to connect and assemble! The ONLY downfall was one of the pieces was messed up. It did not affect the ability or quality for the product to work, it was only something cosmetic to see. My male cat was starting to mark territory inside my home. We got a second litter box to intrigue him to stop. It worked like magic. We have had no more territory markings because it self cleans so he just goes back inside to re mark! Definitely recommend!

This was a gift the man that takes care of the cat up is very pleased less work clean up also saves on litter usage is minimal and the machine let you know when it's time to clean it up so this is very economical very helpful and I'm glad I chose it for them. Thank you.

I have 2 cats.One of them didn't like it.I found a poop and she peed down the drain ...it looks like both of them are using it now.. I like the way it performs and I love the quietness of it.My bed is in the bedroom right next to it and I don't even hear it

This was gift for my daughter's family. She is very happy with it. She told me that this was the best gift ever. Works as advertised and there are no more bad odors in the basement family room. It has saved her from the awful job of continually cleaning a litter box. So far, so good.

the top of it isn't secure and you barely hit it and off it comes. when im cleaning and accidentally hit it i have to be careful not to step on it. litter sticks to the inside and leave a lot to be desired in a self emptying tray. even came with stuff with zero explanation for the extra. if i hadn't gotten of my 'normal' box i would have taken it back. but my friend set it up and throw the box away.

I have tried to comunícate for 3 weeks with the company and no one answer. Customer service is horrible, this machine don't buy it the sensor stops working and will mot function. I have done everything and no luck. I bought this on October 2025 and has stop working since December 26. Don't waste your money on this and customer service is cero.

It is huge- great for multiple cats! But it has not worked correctly since we got it. It freezes. Stops mid turns, won't restart. The box underneath is also very tight to the round making it difficult to have any type of mat or even carpet under it. I want to love it but just can't with it not working properly.
