This steamer has cleaned my floor perfectly. It's a great way to disinfect your house especially if you have small kids who like to crawl everywhere. The water heats up instantly, it's like a miracle. The setup was easy peasy and in less than 5 minute of receiving it I started to clean my floors. It arrived in a pretty nice box which makes it a great housewarming gift.

Huge score!! I have been in the market for an affordable steamer with multiple purpose uses and this met all expectations. Arrived better than anticipated (described), packaged beautifully, easy to assemble, and effortless to use. Very pleased!

I have an older one that is more like an iron type steamer on a stick... I love it and it really cleans the floor especially after I mop. It is a little bit of a challenge to use as there is a little learning curve. I enjoy it but this one is more like a steam pot you would use for a sauna which I also have lol... This makes it useful to use as a steam cleaner like around the faucet in the bathroom or kitchen which can be hard to get into the little crevices. I can steam my windows, etc and of course the floor. It is much better at steam mopping the floor than my old one and a lot quicker for sure. It has very good steam output, allows me to hit the small areas around the faucets, and the corners. I am very happy with this and would certainly recommend it. Along with a mop, which I can now do less frequently this is great.

As advertised. I like the way it heats up so quickly. It seems a little awkward to operate because of the tank being so high up on the handle. Perhaps I'll shorten it. That could make it a little more comfortable. Otherwise, it's very nice. Would recommend.

Works well and makes cleaning floors much easier. Heats up quickly and does a good job lifting dirt without harsh chemicals. I'm happy with the performance and would recommend it.

This was really easy to assemble, except for the water tank. I didnt realize that it just slides right out but you have to pull it aggressively. I wasnt actually sure how well it was cleaning until I looked at the pad when I was done…

This steamer works. It heats up fast and gets really hot. But there's nothing really special about it and has limited use for the amount of space it takes up. It's just as pictured. The listing has the word "carpet" at the very end, but this is not useful for carpet of any kid, it doesn't have any suction functionality. So that's misleading.

Not a bad piece of kit. Definitely not worth $300 but works as advertised. It puts out consistent steam and uses pads to absorb. It doesn't use suction just the wet pads to pick up the mess but the steam does work well at desolving sticky spills or whatever. It includes 2 pretty heavy duty pads.

Literally worked for three hours. Did an amazing job in that short time. Hose inside tank was not connected when arrived. Started making a horrible clicking noise and stopped syphoning water. Junk!!

I only had it for one day and after 20 minutes of used stop working. Making really loud noise and getting hot super hot. Plus didn't come with all the parts
