Ontel Products - Rechargeable 7.2v Battery Cordless Swivel Sweeper G2/Original/Max/Touchless Models

I have had my Ontel Swivil Sweeper for years! I love it and the batteries last for years also. When I originally purchased the Sweeper, I added several batteries to the order. The batteries have lasted until just recently. They were not holding a charge any longer, so I ordered replacement batteries. Best Sweeper around and I use it almost everyday to sweep the kitchen and bathroom tile floors. I love it!

Easy to install into charging device that came with sweeper. Was afraid when sweeper quit working, that I would need to toss it. Found the battery online and it looked like the one that came with the sweeper so I ordered it and was delighted it works.

I liked the easy order and fast delivery. I thought that I ordered a black one, but received a red one. No gig deal....it works.

The item did not work, and when I put in charger it got stuck. Not very pleased.

I'd give this a zero if I could. The battery did not charge at all. I know it's not the charger because my old battery charges fine in it.

Unfortunately, the battery pack was assembled incorrectly with some of the batteries facing in the wrong direction. Therefore, the pack will not charge and is totally useless. I see other reviews which say the pack won't charge. This is probably why. I only know the pack is defective because I compared it with the original pack. I would have returned it, but the cost of return is the price I paid for it.
