Onward Manufacturing Broil King Gem 310 LP Gas Grill

Bought this to replace 15 year old Broil King barbecue which had seen constant use over the years. It does everything needed for up to 6 people or more easily. Like the fact that the cooking grills are cast iron to give the nice striped effect on cooked meats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cast iron grids were a must have and a grill that doesn't take up much space. This grill has that and the same burners as the larger grills. It is very sturdily built and will last a long time. I'm very happy with this grill.

This is my first gas bbq, and I can only say how pleased I am with it. It was straight forward to assemble - and I am basically useless at diy. Once assembled, it looks great, and then when it comes to cooking, it's superb. I have done the staples....steak, burgers, corn, etc, and no problems. Then cleaning, simple straight forward, and easy. Quite simply this is a great entry level gas bbq, I would recommend it, and if you've doubts over a gas bbq, give this one a go!

I bought my Gem320 just a week ago. All works fine. Remember, start ignition from the left one. I need a back cover which is not available so will have to fix it myself. Full review next year. Also at current rate USD 300 should make the price in Poland PLN 1200. I had to Pay PLN 2200.

Bought this grill May 2020 and have had problems. First ignition does not work correctly and have a light burners with a lighter. Second no matter where I position the dials, temperature always hovers around 500. Even turning one burner off does not make a big difference. This frustrates me the most as I have never experienced this problem before. I'd like to return it but then I have a find somebody to load it up in a truck and drive 3/4 hour to do so. All in all not the best experience here.

For this price category product wouldn't expect any problems at all. My previous grill cost half less, lasted nine years and no problems at all... This one is full of problems straight from the package: - The ignition button doesn't work, the button gets jammed into on position constantly igniting. Must screw it very lose or off so that it doesn't ignite all the time. - The igniter doesn't lit the right side burner at all, must ignite it with matches. - Gas bottle side of the gas grill hose leaked (pre-installed). Had to reinstall it. At least the grilling results were good, that earned the second star. Will return this product unless I can't solve the remaining igniter problems.
